OpenGL on Cocoa does not send mouse right-drag messages

Description:

The attached diff file patches glcocoanscontext.pas so "MouseMove" messages are sent when the mouse drags with the right button down. This replicates behavior of the OpenGL context in Linux and Windows.

The attached zip file includes a demo application.
