Project options: changes in resources are not always saved

If only resource name is changed, it is not saved to lpi.

Steps to reproduce:

Create new project
menu Project/Project Options/Resources
Add some file as a resource
"OK"
menu Project/Project Options/Resources
Change resource name
"OK"
menu Project/Project Options/Resources
Resource name is not changed.
