Description:
Since upgrading to lazarus 1.6 listviews with ownerdata exhibit a blinking behaviour during scroll that wasn't there in the previous version(s) of 1.4 (nor in several svn builds inbetween)
Steps to reproduce:
Attached is an example project.
Drag the scroller and you'll notice the blinking effect in 1.6
In 1.4 you won't notice it
