Crash of IDE after setting Base=1 or 0 for ChartAxisTransformations - LogarithmAxisTransform

Description:

Set the base 1 or 0 for ChartAxisTransformations - LogarithmAxisTransform and you will get the crash of IDE. A check for reasonable base values is missing.
It can be just a mistake, e.g. I want to define 10 but the fingers are too quick.
