Several FPCUnit GUI regressions

Description:

#27887 (closed) give some regressions
- "Save tree select on close, not on test run" - this is not usable at all. Assume, you have 50 test, you unselect 25 the run and intrrupt tests (Ctrl + F2). None of your selection was not saved!
- Tests tree expansion is not more saved! Every time you run FPCUnit GUI you need to expand some branches manually to select/unselect the items!

Dear developers, are you really use FPCunit every day if you make these "modifications"?

Steps to reproduce:

Try to use FPCunit GUI with 20-30 tests at least
