Original Reporter info from Mantis: gilles58
  • Reporter name:

Description:

I just try to create a new component descending from TGraphicControl. When i'm asked for a package, i answer i want a new package for which i give a name. As soon as i tell i want TGraphicControl as ancestor of my new component i get an access violation.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Menu Package
  2. New component
  3. Create a new package
  4. Give it the name you wish
  5. In ancestor type, choose TGraphicControl...

You get an access violation (on Linux and Windows)
