Patch: Custom Drawn Windows 7 Drawer

Hi, I'm working in this Drawer and I think this should be added to Lazarus.

This is a 'port' from this:
http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/BGRAControls#SliceScaling_-_CustomDrawn_Windows_7

Currently I've added only Button drawing.

Download the attached and test, you need only the Custom Drawn package installed that comes with Lazarus SVN.

I've tested it in Windows with Win32 LCL and LCLWidgetType = customdrawn.
