Form Designer glitch (extra selection points)

New project > App

Drop one TImage on the form. Resize as shown in attachment. Select TImage with mouse.

In addition to the selection points shown at the edge of the image, there are additional points inside the image (only if image is selected).
There position is the height/width of the timage measured from the forms top/left (not including the images top/left)

This only happens if the option "Reduced designer painting" in NOT set.
