The 'provides' option of a package seems to be ignored

Original Reporter info from Mantis: Joost
  • Reporter name: Joost van der Sluis

Description:

In the package options, there is a 'provides' tab, in which you can add packages-names which are 'provided' by this package.

But if I have another package which depends on a name which is included in the 'provides' sectio nof an installed package, the IDE will not recognize it, and it says the package is not installed.

Mantis conversion info:

  • Mantis ID: 17960
  • Version: 0.9.29 (SVN)
  • Fixed in revision: 37619 (#e7b4e868)
  • Target version: 1.0.0
  • LazTarget: 1.0
