Property editor does not enumerates appropriate properties if they are in external unit

Description:

Datamodul has a component A.
A form has a component B. Component B has published property of kind A.
When working on B, the IDE property editor does not enumerates
Datamodul for suitable objects, as apparently object A is.
Datamodul exists in uses clause of the form.
