TimeEdit: OnChange dont work good, ActiveControl dont apply

It is 2 simple issues with 1 demo.
Start demo-
a) Form.ActiveControl is ed (TimeEdit): but activecontrol is not ed at runtime. Edit1 is active.
b) ed.OnChange dont work good.
b1) type in it "2:2", press tab==> label below not updated with new time
b2) click button (dropdown) and click time 20:20, dblclick on ":20" to close==> label below not updated to "20:20"
