Alt-key for Dutch version of the IDE does not work

Description:

When you press the Alt-key you can press a letter for a choosing a menu. But for the Dutch version there are 2 entries (Bestand and Bewerken) for the letter B, so it does not work.

Steps to reproduce:

Press alt-key and choose B. The entries are chosen, but not opened.
