[deref_helper.patch](/uploads/cbdca255f580b044c12c38e24eea1cea/deref_helper.patch) This patch fixes #39169 but does so by reintroducing #38122 and failing [`tests/webtbs/tw38122.pp`](https://gitlab.com/freepascal.org/fpc/source/-/blob/main/tests/webtbs/tw38122.pp) and [`tests/test/tthlp29.pp`](https://gitlab.com/freepascal.org/fpc/source/-/tree/main/tests/test/tthlp29.pp)... for now.
