The -dENABLE_DELPHI_RTTI option crashes Lazarus the moment settings are opened

When project or environment settings are opened in Lazarus (any version, both fixes and trunk), the environment crashes if this option was enabled for FPC. I am writing about this here because Lazarus does not use TRttiContext in its source code and therefore the probability that this is its problem tends to zero.

Also, the crash occurs when updating the source file externally, at the point where Lazarus checks to see if any of them have been changed.

The problem is relevant at least on Windows and Linux.
