Enable md5i386.inc on i386/Darwin.

After this MR that made packages/hash/src/sha1i386.inc more universal, you’ve re-enabled it on i386/Darwin with this and this commit. This patch presumably does the same regarding recent changes to packages/hash/src/md51i386.inc: md5i386.patch.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
