Wrong CPU triplet specified in compiler/riscv64/tripletcpu.pas

The file compiler/riscv64/tripletcpu.pas has triplets "sparcv9" and "sparc64". This is obviously wrong.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
