googleapiconv throwing AVs, leaking memory, and generating empty bindings files

AVs and memory leaks are coming from restbase.pp in fcl-web (issues found in methods TBaseObject.SetArrayProperty and SetArrayElements. Still checking for others)

Will be sending a merge request soon.
