Internal error 2015071402, depending on unit-name.

Summary

An application with a protected type within a class-definition, with long names (identifiers and unit-name) results in a 2015071402 internal exception on compilation

System Information

x86_66-linux, fpc 3.3.1, commit fe63f57b8ab5820743568fdf414706a850b5534e. But I also saw the same thing on Windows.

Steps to reproduce

Compile the attached unit, for example:

ppcx64 lazdebugextension1234567890abcdefghij.pas

Be warned, the name of the unit should be exactly the same. Changing the name in something shorter will 'solve' the IE.
