Fixes spelling, grammar errors in source and compiler messages

Summary

This patch addresses an issue raised in a Lazarus forum post. Source code and compiler messages have spelling errors for the word "occured" (=> "occurred"). The error is also present in compiler .msg files and test programs.

Possible fixes
