Heap dump feature -gh unusable

Description:

I am debugging fpdoc, and it has been dumping for several minutes now for a heap dump log file of only 2.5 MB.

The changes that delay stdout slow it so much down, that if this "feature" is kept, other solutions must be found for -gh, e.g. dumping directly to file instead of stdout

Personally I think the change to stdout (r46863?) must be dialed back, this will hurt too many applications.
