Attempting to run "make fullcycle" with DEBUG_NODE_XML defined fails on x86_64-win64 when trying to cross-compile for AVR

verbose.pas(1074,28) Error: Duplicate case label
verbose.pas(1391) Fatal: There were 1 errors compiling module, stopping
Fatal: Compilation aborted

Steps to reproduce:

Run "make fullcycle OPT=-dDEBUG_NODE_XML" on the trunk source on x86_64-win64.
