TMemDataset.CopyFromDataset only copies complete dataset if on first record

Description:

If the current record in a memds is not the first record, copyfromdataset will not copy the records before it.

This undocumented (there's no docs at all).

Additionally, the copyfromdataset moves the active record to the last record instead of going back to the original record.
