FCL-Image, FT_Fixed is not a longint in rev 19599

Description:

FT_FIXED in FCL-Image is currently defined as longint. It must be
identical to FT_Long.
This is described in http://freetype.sourceforge.net/freetype2/docs/reference/ft2-basic_types.html#FT_Fixed.

Steps to reproduce:

I noticed when reading values from FT_Face^.Size^.Metrics.Ascender (wrong values)

Additional information:

Added the unit with the one line changed.
