Revert "Merge branch 'revert-a84577f3' into '18.08'"

All runtimes based on fdo 18.08 (gnome 3.30,3.32 and kde 5.12) are build on latest (18.08.29.2) version thus they are compatible with our extensions. Splitting them in separate branch isn't needed anymore.
