We need to be hosting everything on Freedesktop infrastructure.

Conversion needed with Freedesktop community about how best to do this considering they may be moving to gitlab.

For now, the project is fine to be hosted here on gitlab with whatever hardware we can get hold of. But eventually we'll want to move to a Freedesktop home.

• CI / CD
• Artifact Cache for pre-built artifacts
