Use /var/home instead of /home in ostree image
Using /home symlink in HOME definition in /etc/passwd can introduce issues with using BuildStream or Flatpak Builder as flatpaks.
But the symlink should stay, otherwise --filesystem=host on Flatpak Does not work.
