Move more stuff to the Docs extension

This fixes #149 (closed).

I also found a couple other small docs folders to move to the Docs extension.

Working on this I also found we weren't removing the json-glib installed tests and they end up in the Platform/Sdk. I bundled the removal in this merge request as it's really trivial, let me know if you'd prefer it split to its own merge request.
