components/p11-kit.bst: Update to 0.23.19

p11-kit is being updated in master with !2249 (merged). Please make sure that MR is reviewed first.

This update is required to be able to connect to host version 0.23.19+ with load-p11-kit-trust.c as drop in replacement for libnssckbi.so.

This has been tested with Steam. To reproduce, make sure to have 0.23.19 installed on host.
