Up-scaled sequence caching on drizzle
When stacking a sequence configured for up-scaling, the sequence is up-scaled right before stacking every time a stacking is requested. Maybe we could add an option to keep the up-scaled sequence on disk, because it takes quite a long time to generate with slow CPU and disk and large files. It is possible only with FITS sequences because their name has the same index as in the original sequence, whereas in SER sequences, they have to be contiguous and may change depending on filters.
