Improve PCC limit magnitude
I've had two stacked images for which the limit magnitude was selecting a correct number of stars in the field, except there are not many stars in the catalogue and they were almost all saturated because of the long exposure. Astrometry succeeds but photometry calibration fails in that case.
I see two ways of doing that, the first is the simplest:
- add a limit magnitude argument to the command, allowing not only an absolute value but an offset around the automatically computed value, or a toggle between subs and stacks limit magnitude estimations (done here)
- count stars only from the first non-saturated, in other words exclude all saturated for PCC (for #1102)
Changing the limit magnitude in the PCC GUI is not working.
