SPCC datalink downloads have stopped working

Siril version:1.3.x

Datalink requests used by SPCC to retrieve the xp_sampled spectra from the Gaia archive have stopped working. The server response is:

It was working until recently. A ticket has been opened with the Gaia archive to establish if this is an intended / permanent change or not. Potentially we will need to change how we retrieve datalink results.
