Star Recomposition Window in advanced mode is too small

Description of the bug

in this release the star recomposition window that is displayed after the starnet processing is not scaling correctly after chosing the "advanced" mode for the stretching params. this results in needing to scroll up and down to tune the settings

Reproduction

Reproduction steps:

1. starnet process any image with recomposition option
2. when the recomp window appears chose the "advanced" mode to access the extra params (such as light and shadow protection)

Expected result: a scaled window with all params visible Actual result: a reduced window with a scroll bar
