Provide latest release and PGP signatures

Hi, @fredericopissarra,

I noticed that the latest version of t50-5.8.7c is not available on SourceForge, and the most recent tarballs are from around 4 years ago. Could you please upload the latest release and provide .asc signature files for them?

This would help verify the authenticity of new releases, especially for Debian packaging.
