[Feature Request] Add Gauntlets to Heavy and Medium armors

Summary

As stated by the Gauntlet entry itself:

Medium and heavy armors (except breastplates) come with gauntlets.

We'll need to add instructions on the gauntlet for users to remove price and weight.
