Provide a way for players to edit their own tokens without a license or active server
In Pathfinder Society Organized Play, setup is sped up greatly when players have pre-made tokens ready to go when they arrive at the table. However, this is made difficult by the fact that the only players who can do this are ones who have purchased Foundry, or have a GM friend who keeps a server up for character editing.
With the offline version of Foundry, Players can download and use foundry for free, where they can make a world in the system of their choice but not allow any client (player) connections, for the purpose of creating and exporting actor tokens. In this version, all worlds are created with a blank scene that cannot be edited except for light levels, no players can connect to this world except the owner of the world, and Actors can be created, placed, and tested.
I feel this is important for Organized play, as it is currently a barrier to entry for players to have a consistent experience with Foundry, and thus may be a turn-off for some GMs. In Roll20, a pro-tier subscriber GM can allow players to import characters, which speeds up getting players setup greatly. Having a place for players to create tokens and send them to GMs for use in games would put Foundry way ahead in the organized play space for both PFS and 5e AL.
