Add function to set multiple targets via JS with the option to broadcast the targets
Goal: Being able to declare targets (easily) using a module and have everyone connected see them.
Current situation: Not sure what the correct way is, but
game.user.updateTokenTargets(targets) does exist and updates the targets, but just locally.
Wish: Some method, usable like
game.user.updateTokenTargets(targets) to programmatically define the targets a user has, with the option to broadcast it to everyone. (Why just as an option? I don't want to spam the server with to many updates, when selecting targets e.g. through templates by moving them around, but want to show the final selection to everyone)
