Changed Website's top part to red theme

Description

• Changed the top part of gci19 site to look red-ish but in a better way
• fixed student project's extra space taking padding
• compiled scss for changing the css instead of search and replacing colors
• fixed refer page's links ( we will remove this by the end but for now it is a good source of templating things)
• fixes #75 (closed)
• fixes #51 (closed)
