ElementUI - Demo is not fully working

Issue Description

README.md worked to install and get demo to run. Then encountered two issues:

Reset button is not working
The list (aList) is not working
The last checkbox (frequency) is not selecting either.

What it should be:

Reset should clear the form
List should populate values.
The Checkbox (Radio) should select values.

Ways to reproduce:

Follow README
Click Reset
Start writing into the list
