Description

Removes a bunch of voice files that are overly specific or do not fit the action associated Namely:

• "Filthy orcs, you will pay for your wanton exploitation of the forest? from Noldors
• "Together my lord Sauron we shall rule this middle earth" from Saruman
• "We must clear the forest to feed the forges of Isengard" from Saruman
• "Prepare your defenses, this fortress must hold fast against the enemy" from Aragorn
• "So much death" from Theoden (when nearing death)

Changelog

Sound Changes and Additions
- Removed/moved some inappropriate voice files
