- Dragon Strike:

--- damage scalar vs. Fortress increased to 40% (was 25%);
--- damage radius of first weapon nugget increased to 40 (from 25);
--- damage radius of second weapon nugget increased to 75 (from 65);
--- ground fire ignition radius increased accordingly.
