Whisper of death infinite damage bug fixed. Whisper of death damage doubled.

  • Animation looks a bit choppy/sped up, but this commit definitely fixes issue #298 (closed). Thanks Excelsior!

    You might also want to consider implementing DRAIN_HEALTH_OBJECTFILTER and NO_DRAIN_HEALTH_OBJECTFILTER for weapon.ini AngmarWhisperofDeath, but this is a minor detail I think.
