Uruk-Hai warrior upgraded attack speed fix (!475)

Description

Uruk-Hai warriors with forged blades now use the same attack speed as their unupgraded weapon (2.0sec) rather than 1.2sec and attack animation have been synched with the weapon timing (like other units)
