and add them in the appropriate non-TODO section. Changes marked QUESTIONABLE
are suspect and should be discussed before implementing them; I imagine we'll
reimplement many but not all of these.

Fortress siege resistence increased to 110% (from 120%) and removed the damage scalar against Fortresses of Battering Rams and Demolishers, it means: powers like Giant/Ent Summon should be a bit less effective now. Be aware that this change also affect the damage from spells like Earthquake, Flood, etc. Also affect some units like Trolls. Explosive mines also do less damage now vs forts.
