General Changes

- Archer/Axe Thrower arrow bombard ability scatter radius reduced to 30 (was 60) for improved precision.
- Enabled Charge auto ability function for Guardians, Dark Numenoreans, Snow Trolls and Half-troll Swordsmen.

General Balance Changes

- Fix for Buffs not showing yellow FX when cast in fog of war (including other buff nugget FXs).
- Porcupine Formation armour bonus reduced to +75% (was +100%).
- Longshot now has a minimum range of 100 (I.e. can no longer be cast above selected horde).
- Mounted heroes should now be able to attack units while chasing.
- Orc Warriors can now purchase Forged Blades and Heavy Armor.
- Ents, (Attack) Trolls, Battlewagons, Mountain Giants, Uruk Berserkers and Mumakil now have double the experience requirement so they match with battalion/horde based units in the same experience tier.
- Banner Carrier upgrade costs have been categorised into tiers - cost is dependent on the strength and usefulness of a unit:
--- Tier costs are as follows: tier 1 = 50; tier 2 = 60; tier 3 = 80; tier 4 = 100.
- Upgraded Arrow costs have been categorised into tiers - cost is dependent on the strength and usefulness of a unit:
--- Tier costs are as follows: tier 1 = 200; tier 2 = 300.
- Fortress:
--- player can no longer construct multiple fortresses simultaneously.
--- cost now changes depending on number of owned fortresses:
----- 4000 if player has no fortresses (from 5000);
----- 6000 if player has two or more fortresses (from 5000).
- Tower:
--- Dwarven Battle Tower health reduced to 1500 (was 2500);
--- Men Battle Tower reduced to 1500 (was 2500);
--- Angmar Battle Tower health reduced to 1500 (was 2500);
--- Isengard Lookout Tower health reduced to 1500 (was 2500);

Bugfixes

- Addressed issue where Cloud Break stun would last much longer than intended.
- Fixed an issue where the rear ranks of Lindon Horse Archers, Rohirrim Archers, Spider Riders (in bow mode) and garrisoned Wildmen were not always able to fire despite being in range of enemies.
- Fixed an issue where Backstab and Poison Stinger abilities could be targeted on Flyers.
- Fixed an issue where Morgul Blade ability could be targeted on Dragon Strike dragon.
- TreeBeard no longer becomes invisible when inside Enshrouding Mist.
- Mordor Fortress Catapult should now benefit from terrain height bonus thus being able to outrange regular siege.
- Vigilant Ent and Giant expansions should now also benefit from terrain height bonus.
- Fixed incorrect Arnor Trebuchet vs Arnor Fortress Trebuchet weaponsets.
- Removed constant unsheathing sword sound FX from Lorien Warriors when they charge at enemies.
- Dire Wolf banner now uses Dire Wolf experience award values (previously used those of Snow Trolls).
- Angmar infantry banner now use Black Numenorean experience award values (previously used those of Rhudaur Axe Throwers).
- Lone Thrall Masters now use the experience award values of thrall horde Thrall Masters (previously used those of Rhudaur Axe Throwers).
- Summoned Ent Ash now displays a decal.
- Fortress Drake should now be able to heal near the Fortress (with Dragon's Nest upgrade purchased).
- Sentry Wargs can now attack nearby buildings.

- Iron Hills Catapult now counts towards the end of game score.
- Battlewagon:
--- Axe Throwers and Men of Dale will now always attack correctly.
--- Axe Throwers and Men of Dale should no longer be able to fire through structures.
--- spells and summons can now be used beneath Battlewagons upgraded with Men of Dale, Axe Throwers, Phalanxes.
- Mordor Witchking:
--- now has a 50% dodge percent (was erroneously zero);
--- now uses the correct hero collision/geometry parameters;
--- now correctly plays footstep sounds when moving.
- Shade of Wolf:
--- now correctly crushes units during collisions.
--- should now be able to react to commands directly after Chomp ability use as opposed to becoming idle for a few seconds.

Neutral Changes

- Creeps, neutral units and capturable structures now appear black on the mini map (was grey).

Inn Changes

- Rohan Peasant Rohirrim Shields upgrade cost reduced to 50 (from 100).
- Rhudaur Rebels (Angmar Wildmen):
--- now have a compleltely new model with the appearance of a soldier of Rhudaur;
--- horde now controlled by a Thrall Master with similar behaviour to that of other Thrall based hordes;
--- no longer has access to the Banner Carriers and Heavy Dark Iron Armor upgrades.
- Hobbits:
--- cost increased to 200 (was 150)
--- Command Points requirement increased to 48 (was 32)

Audio & Graphics Changes

- Rhudaur Rebel Wildman voice now replaced with that of Thrall Masters.
- Fixed and polished Azog model.
- Removed an out of place Oath Breaker dismiss voice file (which was taken directly from the movie and therefore does not coicide with the Aragorn's in-game voicework).
- Fellbeast and Eagle now crash on the battlefield (causes impact damage) as opposed to exploding in the air.
- Mumakil recruit sound can now only be heard in close proximity to the Mumakil Pen (was global).
- Drogoth recruit sound can now only be heard in close proximity to the Fortress (was global).
- Men and Dwarven Statues now generate an FX/aura similar to that of the Elven Statue.
- Tweaked yellow and grey colours for improved visibility on the minimap.
- Removed non-existent select voice file for Haradrim Rider (voice response would occasionally be silent).
- Black Orc Forged Blades visual now more visible.
- Removed second Cloud Break FX added in prior patch to relieve strain on players' machines.
- Treebeard:
--- will now display new model after being burnt;
--- enabled missing aflame animations;
--- will now play the intented fade death animation.
--- added missing animations sounds;
- Shade of Wolf:
--- enabled new attack animation versus units.
--- Call the Pack:

Create-a-Hero Changes

- Experience requirement and reward values now match those of a tier 4 hero.

AI Changes

- General performance improvements across the board.
- Increased Easy and Normal AI economic, special ability and offensive tactic activation probability ratios.
- Hard and Brutal Resource buildings gain production and command point bonuses.
- Improved Goblin AI build templates - AI should now build more elite production buildings first over Goblin Caves.
- Removed second Clan Steading from Isengard's Wildmen rush AI build template (replaced with Warg Pit).
- AI will no longer prioritise upgrading structures to levels that offer no new units.
- AI rush, mid-game and late-game transition times decreased.
- Angmar AI should now recruit more Sorcerers in general.

Tooltip Changes

- Units and structures now display their damage output instead of only health.
- Armour debuff tooltips now correctly indicate a 25% reduction in armour (was 20%).
- Spider Rider Poison Arrows ability tooltip now indicates that it is effective against cavalry.
- Beserker Torch ability armour and speed modifier tooltips removed as they don't actually work.
- Updated a number tooltips with additional information.

Men of the West

- Stables level 2 upgrade cost reduced to 400 (from 500).
- Rohan Spearmen "DEFAULT" armour (resistance to poison damage, among other unspecified armour types) increased to 100% (from 110%).
- Gondor Knights damage reduced to 70 (from 80).
- Gondor Soldiers:
--- pierce armour increased to 60% (from 70%);
--- poison armour increased to 75% (from 85%).

--- Axe Thrower and Hearth upgrade slots switched around.
--- added 25% damage scalar against pikemen units and Thrall Masters for Men of Dale (I.e. MoD deal 75% less damage against specified units).
- Halved experience award of Dwarven Fortress to make it consistent with other fortresses.

Isengard

- Saruman melee splash now inflicts full damage to adjacent units (as opposed to just half the damage).
- Increased experience yield of Sharku's Tame the Beast to 150 (was 110).
- Sharku should now be able to attack enemies more easily (improved positioning when engaged in combat).
- Clan Steading:
--- build cost decreased to 500 (was 600);
--- level 2 upgrade cost increased to 300 (was 200);
--- level 3 upgrade cost decreased to 200 (was 300).

Mordor

- Re-ordered Mordor Banner Carriers upgrade position in Orc Pit.
- Increased Attack Troll Command Point requirement to 70 (from 60).
- Mountain Troll:
--- Increased Command Point requirement to 60 (from 45);
--- Increased experience award to 60 (from 45);
--- Troll Eat Orc ability now has a 30sec reload time;
--- command behaviour improved signficantly - trolls will now directly respond to Grab Tree and Eat Orc abilities.
- Orc Warrior:
--- horde Command Points cost reduced to 30 (from 40);
--- base damage increased by 25% (from 20 to 25).
- Haradrim Lancer:
--- level 2 experience requirement decreased to 100 (from 120);
--- experience award decreased to 70 (from 80).

Goblins

- Increased Goblin Archer Poison Arrow projectile speed to match that of the regular bow.
- Summon Spiderlings now summons 8 spiders (from 9).
- Dragon's Nest healing interval reduced to 3s (was 2s).
- Cave Troll:
--- increased Command Point requirement to 60 (from 45);
--- Increased experience award to 60 (from 45);
--- Goblin Throw damage halved against structures.

Angmar

Other changes
- Fixed Damrod code and powers so he can be used on mini-mods and custom maps.
- Sharku, Faramir, Mirkwood banner carrier, Dark Dunedain banner carrier, Heavily Armored Guardians and Axe-throwers now display their house color properly.
- Mountain Trolls, Attack Trolls, Cave Trolls and Mountain Giants no longer freeze when flying after being knocked back.
- Hill Trolls no longer freeze while attacking.
- Eomer and Theoden (on foot) moving animation now plays at a natural speed.
- Angmar Avalanche now puts out fires (effect lasts for 30s to coincide with snow residue FX duration).
- Clan Steading level 2 upgrade now receives an additional visual change (formerly granted at level 3).
- Added "oath fulfilled" dismiss voice sounds for Aragorn's Oathbreakers.
- Spiked Collars and Venom Sacks upgrade icons moved to position 2 in the palantir for game consistency.
- Added missing animations for Shelob and improved attack behiavor.
- Isengard Fortress Ballista should now be able to fire behind structures.
- Isengard Torches upgrade is now researched when the Clan Steading is built (similar to soul freeze, spiked collars and venom sacks)
- Goblin Fortress now has a selection decal to compliment Dragon's Nest healing radius.
- Soul Freeze now correctly plays its intented sound.
- Black Ice now correctly plays its secondary sound at the cast location.
- Goblin fortress Fire Drake no longer occasionally vanishes upon being built.
- Gloin Slam is easier to cast, no longer causing Gloin to run into the middle of enemies.
- Vigilant Ent Expansion can now change stances.
- Summoned dragon now correctly hits the structures and units he targets and correctly damages the units in front of him.
- Men Farm level 1 hitbox now matches that of level 2 and 3.
