What does this MR do?

Enable regional bot forum threads on dashboard. Previous version was prepared to filter out BOT/amb threads while building the frontend. This one only requests BOT/amb threads of your regions.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

Worked fine while testing. Anyway please double check it after deploy. I also tested quickreply successfully on dashboard.
