What does this MR do?

It reduces func.php

It is a pity, but it seems as if PageCompositionHelper.php become the new func int this step here. It got very big. It is a hard work to pull those things appart from each other. Maybe we need another step. But well, it is much better than before, still.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

hmmmmm... there is a loooot changed.
