The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features. What does this MR do?

It gives the possibility to delete myself from my home district.

After doing so, I will be prompted with a region selector.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

It works on my localhost. But it is my first database tweak so I do not dare to say more than 10 %
