Use input date browser support for birthdate input in RegisterBirthdate.vue and ProfileSettings.vue

What does this MR do?

users with low resolutions or a larger zoom keep reporting to support. they have challenges selecting their date of birth via the datepicker. this MR changes the date picker in the registration form and in the profile settings to the browser's own support.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
