Add an attachment label to the mailbox

What does this MR do?
When writing or viewing an email, there was no label in front of the text field for attachments.
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

How to test
- Checkout branch locally
- Login as userbot
- Go to the page of your mailbox
- Compose a new email. There should be a label now.

- Also mention different settings (e.g. different browsers, roles, ...) how this change can be tested.
- Be aware, that also non technical people should understand.
