Add an enum for wall types

Alex requested to merge wall-type-enum into master

Closes #1996 (closed)

What does this MR do?

Adds an enum for wall types (i.e. the pages on which a wall can be) so that these are all stored in a central place.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

very sure

How to test

Test if all the walls are still working. Most of that should be covered by the acceptance tests.
